Within the Netherlands we deliver via the parcel services of Do you order before 4 p.m. on working days? Then we ship your order the same day! Different delivery times apply during public holidays, which can be found in the deviating delivery times on this page.

PostNL collection point
If you are rarely at home, you can have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point.

Shipping costs
At GotDeal you can choose how you want to pay for your order. The most commonly used method is direct online payment (with credit card or iDeal), so that we can also ship your order immediately.
The shipping costs can differ per order, because this depends on the weight of the package to be sent in combination with the size of the order, the country of delivery and the chosen payment method.
In the table below you will find the different options (including 21% VAT).

Order status:
GotDeal informs you about the progress and current status of your order. You will receive a number of emails from us:
– A confirmation of placing your order
– A confirmation when your order has been processed by us
– A confirmation when your order has been transferred to the carrier, with a Track & Trace number
With your Track & Trace number you can see the current shipping status on the Post NL website.
If you have entered the customer number in your account, you can easily see the status of the order under ‘Order status’.
