This Bialetti Moka induction 4-cup is a percolator suitable for induction. The bottom of this percolator is made of stainless steel so that it functions well on the induction hob. The upper part is made of aluminium. Capacity of 190ml and suitable for 4 cups of Italian espresso.
The new Bialetti Moka Induction 2020 is the perfect combination between the traditional, authentic Moka Express and the modern look of stainless steel. The upper part of the percolator is made of aluminium. The lower part, however, is made of heavy stainless steel, making this Bialetti percolator usable on all heat sources. Even on induction! Fill the lower reservoir with water to just below the valve, put ground coffee in the filter, screw together and place on a heat source. The water slowly bubbles up, through the coffee, producing a rich, delicious, aromatic espresso in just a few minutes. After use, take the Moka Express apart, rinse and put it away.
